    Things to know about your tutoring session

    ⦁ To benefit the most from your sessions, it is best to use our web course in conjunction with our tutoring.
    ⦁ It is highly suggested that you go through module 1 before your first tutoring session. If you have less than four tutoring sessions, it is high recommended that you go through module 1 & module 2 before your first session.
    ⦁ To make your tutoring call efficient, please make a running list of topics and questions that you would like to go over with your tutor.
    ⦁ Your time with the tutor is on the tutoring session. Tutors are not responsible to email you throughout the week. Please save all your questions for when you are on your session.
    ⦁ ***We require at least 24 hours in advance notice for any changes or cancellations to your tutoring sessions or your session will be forfeited.***
    ⦁ If you are dissatisfied with your first tutoring session, please stop your session within the first 20 minutes and notify Stephanie Shane why you are dissatisfied. Otherwise, there will be no refunds after a tutoring session is used.
